Lake Glenville Storage provides world class surveillance and climate controlled self storage to business professionals, contractors and residents located in Cashiers and Lake Glenville, North Carolina.

Conveniently located on Highway 107 in North Lake Glenville, our mini-storage facility provides top quality construction with state of the art security in a well-lit facility. As our valued customer, you will have access into the gated facility during standard business hours, with optional 24 hour gated access. Using a security card and keypad access, you are able to gain entry into the gated facility. Once inside, the access controlled gate automatically closes, enclosing you behind a fenced area.

Surveillance cameras are strategically positioned to monitor and record activity on property, the exact date and time of persons entering and leaving the facility is recorded. We strive to provide and maintain a safe environment as our storage facility has security controlled access throughout the buildings and property.

Lake Glenville Storage provides three levels of premium storage with an elevator that allows easy access to the second and third floors. An intercom/telephone system is located on each level and allows you to call a pre-determined telephone number. This may come in handy if you have questions, or need assistance from our storage attendant.

Additional services are also provided such as a "moving-in" truck to help you with your moving needs and boat shrink wrapping services to help protect your boat.

World Class Surveillance

Our team of professionals has taken the time to carefully research security systems, and selected a company that specializes in providing top of the line security systems throughout the world.

Access into the facility is accomplished by keying in a code that allows you pass through a gated entry.  Once inside the gate, you will be required to use a coded security card to further gain access to your storage unit. We have taken extra measures to provide the best possible surveillance system with camera controlled devices and monitors located throughout the building.

An automatic registered log keeps track of the time and person(s) who enters and leaves the facility 24 hours a day.

Self-Insurance

At Lake Glenville Storage we do our best to ensure the safe keeping of our tenant’s property … however we do not guarantee that a casualty loss or unforeseen event will not occur on the premises.

We recommend that tenants purchase a self-insurance policy to recover from such losses as fire, theft, storms or burglary. Most homeowner and renter insurance policies do not cover property losses when the property is located at a storage unit facility. For many policy holders, adding a rider to their insurance policy may offer the necessary added protection from loss.

Lake Glenville Business Service Center

Lake Glenville Business Service Center provides an attendant to accept parcel packages. We then deliver the parcels to a secured storage area until you are able to pick it up. We also offer phone, high speed Internet, email, copy and fax services.
